Staying on schedule will train your body to become hungry at the same time everyday. This way you can be prepared and have a meal prepared. When you are on odd schedules, you tend to pick up food at convenience, and often times whatever is closest is not the healthiest.
2. Eat together with friends or family most days of the week
This is more of a motivator for not only you but your loved ones as well to eat healthy together. When you know that you are eating with someone later on, you are less tempted to grab a quick unhealthy bite.
3. Eat before you get too hungry
A common advice when people begin dieting is NOT to skip meals. Even though it might seem like a good idea at first, people will tend to over-eat when it comes to their next meal. This ends up backfiring on them in the long-run.
4. Make sure to eat breakfast every day
