Dr. Finder’s 127 Wellness Plan is an evidence-based approach to healthy living, focusing on nutrition and the true meaning of a living healthy. The Plan is a curriculum of talks based on the science behind a healthy lifestyle and its physiological effects, but it doesn’t stop there. The Plan also teaches you how to adopt that healthy lifestyle, which is the biggest obstacles people face when trying to make changes for overall health and wellness.
Through one-on-one interactions with Dr. Finder, patients learn to address their medical and health needs to experience optimal health specific to their physiology and personality. These sessions also include extensive and focused lab work to determine the best course of action for each patient’s maximum health.
The 127 Wellness Plan solves two distinct issues:
- It corrects the misinformation about the science of nutrition and eating behaviors and details how proper nutrition can reduce or even reverse serious medical conditions like diabetes and heart disease.
- The Plan steps each patient through healthy living mechanisms, giving you the tools to implement the teachings to achieve your healthiest self.
